The KCS Rosenberg Local runs from KCS's Yard at Kendleton, TX (About 35 miles southwest of Houston) to the PTRA's (Port Terminal Railroad Association) North Yard along the Port of Houston. The Local swaps cars there, and then returns to Kendleton. |
